Each full module includes a section on desire, vision, values and BEFITA as I believe without these you are destined to be in the ‘also ran’ camp. This results in five core topics as follows:

All topics may be delivered in timeframes to suit the audience or organisers. Generally the topics are delivered as:

• Keynotes between 10 minutes and 40 minutes
• Half-day workshops with take-away quick wins
• Day workshops with take-away quick win and defined action plans

Creating and nurturing your KIDS - parenting your success factors

What makes or breaks your business? What are your Key Indicators and Drivers? What is the single most important business driver for each member of your team/ How do these join together to produce your key indicators and drivers? What are the actions required/when to achieve these? Understanding your KIDS and knowing how to develop them so they can look after themselves is critical to your success. This topic provides the structure and actions required to harness the power of your KIDS.

Success relies on conversation - Growth awaits the complete communicator

We are all different – thankfully. Psychologists tell us we can all be put into a variety of matrixes that tell us our ‘type’. If you take all the ‘types’ you end up with being in a group of about 0.25% of the population who we communicate well with! We adapt to this and, if we work at it, we can communicate reasonably well with 25% of the population using our natural communications style. How successful could you be communicating effectively with the remaining 75%? This module shows you how to communicate better with the other 75% and thereby connect better with all the people who have an influence on your success.
