So for me person to person interaction in a non-judgemental, no-nonsense, challenging, trusting and open environment based on mutual trust and a common objective of success is one of the two most significant factors in a person’s success chain.
I run most of my 1-2-1 coaching sessions either at my offices or at a neutral location in order to have total privacy for the time we have together. This is important time for you to be able to concentrate on you and to be able to discuss what’s affecting you. Occasionally we will meet at your work location and this is when it is appropriate to the issues we are working through together.
